Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Yielda UK Private Limited ("Yielda", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit yielda.co.uk or contact us. We are the data controller for the information described here.

Who we are

Yielda UK Private Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16707290), registered office: 60 Tottenham Court Road, Office 322, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 2EW. Contact: contact@yielda.co.uk.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our contact and demo-request forms, or by emailing us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, organisation or provider name, your role, the size of your service, and any message you send. We do not collect special-category data, and we ask that you do not include sensitive personal information about service users or carers in your messages.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and follow up on demonstrations of CareShare, and communicate with you about the service you have asked about. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Legal basis

Where you contact us or request a demo, we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to and following up on your enquiry, and to take steps at your request before entering into any agreement. You can object to this processing at any time by contacting us.

Who handles your data

Our website forms are operated by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which receives your submission and forwards it to our email inbox. Our business email is hosted by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf and only for the purpose of delivering your message to us. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards apply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and demo-request information only for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you contact us again. We delete or anonymise information we no longer need.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@yielda.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
